When i got enough of my school books, i lay aside everything, take a look of the kitchen and consciously bake a good heart-warming muffin. Sometimes i do realized that i enjoy most of the baking process than the eating process and i will be sharing some of the pictures am taking while this heavenly process taking on.
I am using Nigella's well know recipe for this muffin, simple yet the result is superb. I hope the video might help more for the novice in baking like me :) click here for video
